Coffee Van Hire in Cornwall & Devon
Coffee for Events, Businesses & Private Functions
Coffee & Cadence is a brilliant mobile coffee bar operating from a converted 2003 Land Rover Defender, available to hire for events across Cornwall and Devon. We also consider bookings across Somerset, Bristol and the wider South West.
We provide freshly prepared speciality coffee, teas and hot chocolate for corporate events, product launches and private functions.
Our self-contained setup means we can serve coffee in places where a conventional cafe or coffee station wouldn’t be practical.
Whether you need us for a couple of hours or a full day, we’ll tailor our services to suit your event.
Why Coffee & Cadence?
We understand how important it is for your event to run smoothly. That’s why we pride ourselves on being reliable, professional and easy to work with, from your initial enquiry through to the event itself.
With three summers of experience serving speciality coffee at events across Cornwall and Devon, we know how to create a welcoming atmosphere while delivering friendly, attentive service.
Our beautifully converted vintage Land Rover Defender makes a distinctive addition to any event, providing a memorable focal point where guests can enjoy great coffee, relax and connect with one another.

“George brought the Landy out at very short notice to provide coffee and pastries for a recent event. The coffee was made with great care and warmth and was absolutely delicious! He coped with busy periods with ease and the Landy become a hub of the event. Thanks for supporting us!!”
Jim Sibson, Co-Chair of the Western Regional Defence and Security Cluster, after a business networking event in October 2026 at Spaceport Cornwall.

-

Cornish Milk
We try to use local suppliers as much as possible. Our milk is supplied by Cornish dairy farms. We think it not only makes our coffee taste better but it’s also better for the environment and local economy.

Foundation Coffee Roasters
We are currently using coffee supplied by Foundation Coffee Roasters who roast their delicious coffee beans just outside of St.Ives. We’re super happy with their coffee but we also care that the coffee grower has been paid a fair wage.
Our Land Rover coffee truck provides a natural meeting point, helping guests connect, strike up conversations and enjoy a relaxed , welcoming atmosphere.
Our experience in action
Public events
Public events are super important to us. This could be a summer country fair or a triathlon for example. They’re brilliant because we really enjoy getting out and about while meeting the local community.
Weddings
We get so excited when we get invited to serve coffee at a wedding.
We’ve just finished our third summer in the coffee truck and each year we’ve taken on more and more weddings. Long may this trend continue!
Corporate hire
Whether it’s a work social for your team or a hospitality catering event for a client, we’d be more than happy to help.
This summer, we were invited to a Barrett Homes’ Open House event in Oakhampton. Buyers who were viewing homes were treated to a delicious coffee on their arrival.
We had another similar event for a Cornwall-based housing developer called Legacy Properties. The Legacy team wanted to treat interested buyers to a complimentary coffee and pastry as they discussed their latest developments with them.
