  • Every wedding is different, so we provide a personalised quote based on your guest numbers, venue and how long you’d like us to serve. Our packages include the Land Rover coffee truck, professional barista service and a selection of freshly prepared hot drinks. Just get in touch with your plans and we’ll happily put together a quote.

  • We’re based in Cornwall and available for weddings throughout Cornwall and Devon. From coastal venues to countryside estates and farms, we’re happy to travel. Any additional travel costs will be included in your quotation.

  • We cater for everything from smaller intimate weddings to larger celebrations. Our Land Rover is equipped with a professional two-group espresso machine, allowing us to serve drinks efficiently. Let us know your approximate guest numbers and we’ll recommend a suitable service arrangement.

  • No. Our Land Rover is equipped with its own power and water supply, so we don’t normally require access to mains electricity or water. We simply need suitable vehicle access and a safe, reasonably level place to park.

  • We offer a full range of espresso-based coffees, including flat whites, cappuccinos, lattes and americanos, alongside luxury tea, hot chocolate and chai. Alternative milks and decaffeinated coffee can also be provided. If you have any particular requests, just let us know.

  • Yes! we can arrange a selection of freshly baked pastries and homemade cakes to accompany the coffee service. These are quoted separately with quantities and prices agreed in advance.

  • We’re flexible and can fit around your wedding schedule. Popular options include morning coffee before the ceremony, refreshments during the afternoon reception or a relaxed coffee service the following morning. We’ll discuss timings with you before confirming your booking.

  • Simply get in touch with your wedding date, venue, approximate guest numbers and preferred service time. We’ll check availability and send you a personalised quotation. Once you’re happy to proceed, a 30% booking fee secures your date, with the remaining payment arrangements confirmed in advance.
